Sharie Powers Sivertsen
Sharie is a full time realtor with WC & AN Miller Realtors / Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. Sharie is a lifetime Washingtonian and has been working in residential real estate for more than 15 years. Sharie comes from a corporate law, banking and finance background. She served as the director of the FDIC’s Office of Policy Development and the FDIC’s Assistant General Counsel for Closed Bank Litigation and Policy. Sharie brings her wealth of experience, financial savvy and negotiation skills to work with all of her clients. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Duke University Law School and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in political Science from Boston College. In her spare time Sharie enjoys volunteering with N Street village, traveling and spending time with family.
Harrison Lyle Beacher
Harrison has worked as a full time realtor with WC & AN Miller Realtors / Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. since graduating from Georgetown University in 2008. Harrison’s top priority is building strong relationships with his clients, managing their expectations and utilizing all available resources to ensure seamless & smooth transactions. A lifetime area resident, Harrison attended Montgomery County Public Schools, St. John’s College High School and Georgetown University, garnering him an intimate knowledge of many different neighborhoods in the DC Metro Area.
He began his career in real estate with one of the nation’s top producing teams where he gained valuable, hands-on experience with many different kinds of clients learning about the differences and details of every kind of transaction; from multi-million dollar deals to foreclosures, short sales, estate sales, first time buyers, investors, rentals, and everything in between. Harrison has been able to translate that experience to help his clients navigate through the most difficult deals with confidence and understanding of what it takes to get the deal done!
Harrison studied Digital Art and Photography at Georgetown giving him unique expertise in marketing and mastery of social media and digital communication that gives his clients a competitive edge of constant contact and up-to date information in the competitive DC real estate market.
In his spare time, Harrison volunteer coaches little league football, participates in fundraising efforts for American Cancer Society, and is very active in the Georgetown Alumni Association and supporting Georgetown athletics.
